Description                                      

CW-Lytic F1 is produce from Trichoderma reesei.                                                           Main enzymatic activity is chitinase, also contain protease, β -glucanase. 

Main areas of application                 

Production of protoplasts of fungi and mushroom strains.

Working Principle                                

CW-Lytic F1 is a cell wall lysing enzyme. It hydrolyzes fungi and mushroom cell wall that contains glucan, chitin, chitosan, glycosylated protein to make protoplasts.
